Our dedicated team of designers are always there to assist throughout the process where needed by contacting us through Contact Us page, or if you have purchased one of our packages you will have direct communication through your Project Portal.
PURCHASE YOUR E-DESIGN PACKAGE
You can purchase a single room or have multiple rooms transformed by simply changing the quantity on the selected room/s. Our customised service allows you multiple design styles & options.

Once your spaces have been selected, simply choose the service level you want to invest in:

FILL IN THE WHITE FOX QUESTIONNAIRE
Once we have received payment, we will set you up with a Customer Portal, which is a platform where you will fill out the design questionnaire to assist us get to know you and learn more about your style and specific needs.

MEASUREMENTS & PHOTOGRAPHS
Through your Customer Portal you will find instructions on how to photograph your space and measure them, this is also where you will be uploading them along with your floorplans. Each package will be listed individually within your portal.
LETS WORK TOGETHER ON YOUR DESIGN PLANS
We'll start to work on developing outstanding concepts you'll adore after we get all of your information. Your initial design ideas will be submitted to you for consideration. You will be able to connect and work with your designer via the Customer Portal during this phase of the project to develop & amend design ideas.

Thats it... The design is complete!
This next stage is the fun part, putting it all together. From us you will have received all the details on colours, accessories, furniture and detailed placements of every single item to create your perfect space.
